Coverage

We have worked on searches for clients based in the UK, Netherlands, France and the rest of Europe . We did also cover multi-recruitment projects in those countries at the same time for large groups operating in a multi country environment and doing a European search. And as some of our clients and best candidates moved to different continents we can also work on other geographical areas for you.

Process and Selection

When you are looking to fill a role we invest the time needed to understand your culture, environment, the job specification and the skills sets you need to bring in (technical requirements, hard and soft skills, past achievements, strategic mindset, personality of the candidate)

You might have a preference in the way the candidates should be submitted ( urgency, fast pace, volume, high quality or specific criteria, niche, high confidentiality during the search etc… ) and we will process accordingly. Responsiveness is key to us during the search and selection process, and we will make sure we keep you posted about the evolution of the situation.

Our aim is to make things easy for you and our mission is to find the right profile, in line with your requests and needs. We use different methodologies to find the perfect match, mainly working through our current and large database, through referrals and obviously by headhunting new talents. We have a professional and special way to screen our candidates, from specific assessment tools to a deep analysis of their CV and their capability of answering our questions or explaining their skills and career. All of this with the aim of providing you a shortlist of talents.
