Our Approach

Most recruitment firms do not headhunt. They are solely reliant upon responses to advertisements and database searches to fill a position, or only focus on candidates actively looking for a role.

We consider headhunting as an important component of the recruitment method, and so we are confident in approaching the best candidates that are ideally suited to your position, using various methodologies and also focusing on the talented professionals who are not actively looking.

This has proven to be a plus on the assignments we worked on and it means we are more effective and efficient in preparing a shortlist of candidates.

This is one of the different models we apply once we have understood the profiles our clients want us to find.

We then always pre-screen all our candidates, brief them on the position and make sure the right information is on their CV.

It is indeed important for us to help our candidates, by recommending how to show the most relevant skills they already have and by getting the best chances to be successful during an interview.
